Job Description
You’ll primarily be involved in Web and open-system core systems. Based on your preferences and skills, we will assign tasks that align with your career aspirations. We offer roles in everything from upstream engineering to maintenance and testing.

After Joining:
For Candidates with Less Experience or a Career Gap:
For the first month, you’ll work within the company to fill any gaps in your knowledge (e.g., C language, Java, database management). Starting from the second month, you’ll join a team project alongside senior staff, beginning with simpler tasks like testing.

For Experienced Candidates:
If you have substantial work experience, you can continue in the area of expertise you’re familiar with, or you can take on more advanced roles or new challenges. We also have numerous opportunities for leadership roles and working in upper-tier phases.

Work Responsibilities:
Other tasks include EC site and website development PM, requirements definition, upper-level engineering, basic and detailed design, and system construction (programming)

Qualifications:

• No formal education required
• Welcome to entry-level applicants
• Industry experience is not a must
• We welcome individuals with no prior professional experience
• Second-year/new graduates are welcome

Preferred Skills:

• Experience as an engineer or knowledge gained through school, IT seminars, or self-study
• Java, database knowledge, or experience with Access VBA
• Help desk experience or familiarity with IT infrastructure and networks
• Interested in career advancement (our company culture allows for promotion based on merit, not just tenure)

Position: Full-time Employee

• There is a 3-month probation period; no change in salary, employment type, or benefits during this period.

Location:

• Projects are mainly in the Tokyo and Kanagawa areas, or in our office. We carefully consider your preferences when determining your location. There are no mandatory transfers, and many of our projects offer remote work options.

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours daily)
• Overtime is paid fully, and no fixed overtime hours exist.

Salary:

• For Beginners: ¥220,000 – ¥250,000 + allowances + 2 bonuses per year
• For Experienced: ¥270,000 – ¥500,000 + allowances + 2 bonuses per year

Salary based on experience and abilities.
Overtime and additional allowances are paid 100% extra.

Annual Salary Examples:

• ¥4.3 million (2 years at the company, age 25)
• ¥4.8 million (3 years at the company, age 30)
• ¥5.3 million (6 years at the company, age 26)
